Preparing for Battle

Ephesians 6:10-24

“By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail” is an old adage from Benjamin Franklin that rings true even today.

One of the best antidotes to failure is to prepare for what is coming next. Life is filled with challenges. Life is a struggle. It can even be compared to a battle.

The Bible encourages believers to be ready, to be prepared. In Ephesians 6:10-24, the command is given to put on the full armor of God and then to take up that armor. What good is armor if we do use it to protect ourselves?
